The company was established in 2001 with a total investment of 100 million RMB, located in Longhua Town, Jing County, Hebei Province. It covers an area of 80,000 square meters, with a building area of 45,000 square meters, and has 320 employees, including 20 technical staff (9 senior engineers) and 26 quality personnel. The designed production capacity is 20,000 tons per year. It is a foundry that integrates casting, machining, and surface treatment, mainly producing various grades of ductile iron and gray cast iron parts, handling castings weighing between 0.5-80 kg.

Jinli Casting has one Shindong FBOⅢ molding line from Japan, one FDNX production line, one Z148 molding machine ring production line, and one FM148 production line; 8 sets of medium-frequency electric furnaces; and a surface treatment spraying production line. For machining, it has more than 70 pieces of equipment including vertical and horizontal machining centers and CNC lathes.

The inspection equipment mainly includes a German OBLF GS-1000 direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, intelligent spheroidization control center, hardness tester, tensile testing machine, impact tester, pre-furnace rapid analyzer, molding sand laboratory, a Korean magnetic particle flaw detector, and a coordinate measuring machine.
